Favela Coffee roaster is based on the east side of Edinburgh and run by a former chef and coffee lover that always felt intimidated by the coffee gurus. That's when the idea to introduce quality coffee without all the blurb happened.

Here we roast coffee... Just COFFEE please, no BS. 
We are not here to judge, it's all about different taste and likes so we roast 1 coffee 2 ways, DARK and BRIGHT. There is no wrong or right, it is all about YOU.
